Common Management Admission Test commonly known as CMAT is an admission test for management courses conducted by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) every year. This exam is a 180 minute computer based online test conducted in one session to evaluate the candidate’s ability in quantitative technique, logical reasoning, language comprehension and general awareness. The test helps institutions to select best candidates for admission process in their various management programs. The candidate’s CMAT score accepted by all AICTE approved Colleges, Universities and Institutions which is affiliated by government. The exam is going to be held on 28 and 29 January 2017.
The candidates, who want to appear in the Common Management exam, should be eligible for being part of the exam and the eligibility criteria is as following:
Eligible candidate can register for the exam through online mode only. Candidates can easily find the application form on the official website of Common Management Admission Test. There will be a direct link to registration for the test. Candidates have to fill the application form and submit it. For registration process the candidates will have to enter as “New User” and have to fill a self-registration form by entering a few basic details and during submission of this form, a unique 6 digit password will be generated. This password will be sent to the candidates on his/her e-mail or SMS. Thereafter, using this password and ID, the candidates will have to login to the registration portal for filling the application form and pay the application fee.
The Common Management AdmissionTest is a computer based online test and objective type question will be asked in the test. In this test, 4 marks will be awarded for 1 correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

- Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- Candidate should have graduation degree in any discipline with minimum 45% marks from any government authorized College or University or Institute. Candidate, who is in final year of their graduation, can also apply for this exam.
